Customer Product MSDS — facility in the Sales Order Processing module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Allows the user to generate MSDS documents for customers. The update procedure will check existing MSDS information held on the customer address record, and if necessary generate a MSDS document along with address information of the customer. When a document(s) is generated for a customer, the customer's MSDS information will be updated to reflect this. In addition to a file containing MSDS documents to send out, a separate control file will be generated, summarizing the new MSDS information.
