Approve and Update Batch Trans — Update facility in the General Ledger module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Approve and update journals from an identified range of batches to the live journal table. It allocates automatic journal numbers, if required, and updates all relevant GL account balances. This performs the same functions as the separate Approve Batch Trans and Update Batch Trans facilities but in one step rather than two.
