Close Statement — Update facility in the General Ledger module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. This facility allows a bank statement to be closed so that it can no longer be amended. A statement is eligible to be c losed if: - All items have been reconciled - The total deposits less payments equal the diffe rence between the statement's opening and closing balanc es - All previous statements are closed
