Load Acct Balances — Maintenance facility in the General Ledger module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Load initial balances, maintain balances for balance types for which the Posting Required flag is set to No, and display existing balances. After a company is activated, you can no longer use this Load Balances facility to load balances or maintain balances for which the Posting Required flag is set to Yes-you must enter journal transactions to change these balances.
