Inactivate Customers — Maintenance facility in the Accounts Receivable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Temporarily inactivates a customer so that no transactions maybe entered into the system for this customer. This is similar to stop codes, but it is not flexible in that NO transactions will be allowed for the customer while inactive. To reactivate the customer, use the VALIDation routine from the AP Master File maintenance menu or the ENABLE routine in the Customer Master maintenance program.
