Transactions — Archive facility in the Accounts Receivable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Allows the user to optionally delete or archive transactions and allocations. This is only possible if the o/s balances are 0, tax has been updated, and the allocations period and year are less than the number of periods to retain history.
