Pay Frequencies — Report facility in the Accounts Payable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Generate a report showing payment frequency codes defined in the system. Use a payment frequency code in each Payee record to identify the frequency of payment to the payee; for example, Monthly or Weekly. The system users the codes in conjunction with automatic payment processing (AP/PAY/AUTO/SELECT) as one method of selecting open AP transactions for payment.
