Document Queries — Maintenance facility in the Accounts Payable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Maintain document query formats. QUERYS provides a translation facility between the information stored in the Ross ERP system and the required electronic funds transfer (EFT) tape output information. For example: If an EFT tape requires the output of a country code for a supplier, the QUERYS function translates the country code in the Ross ERP system to the required EFT output code.
