Payment Frequencies — Maintenance facility in the Accounts Payable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Add and maintain payment frequency codes. Use a payment frequency code in each Payee record to identify the frequency of payment to the payee; for example, Monthly or Weekly. The system users the codes in conjunction with automatic payment processing (AP/PAY/AUTO/SELECT) as one method of selecting open AP transactions for payment.
