Activate Division — Maintenance facility in the Accounts Payable module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Activate an identified division. Important: AFTER you set up all master controls; add all required code records; and add, check, and balance the suppliers' opening transactions, you must activate the division to start processing transactions. Caution: Activating a division automatically prevents your company from adding any more supplier opening balances (AP/MASTER/LOAD) for the division, enables the normal transaction functions to operate, and prevents your company from modifying certain division control information.
