Customer Groups — Maintenance facility in the System Manager module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Allows maintenance of the customer groups. The customer group code is used to identify the nature of the customer or the group to which a specific customer belongs. It is held on the customer master record and on all customer address records. The code is used in the SOP and AR systems. It is predominately used for sales and order analysis.
