Sequencing Groups — Maintenance facility in the Production Planning module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Sequencing Group Codes are used to define which specifications should be sequenced together. For example, in a factory with two process lines, specifications which operate down the first line should be sequenced together an d specifications which operate down the second line should b e sequenced together but separately from the first group. In this example, two sequencing group codes will be required, one for each line.
