Res Group Structures — Maintenance facility in the Production Planning module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. Allows a family tree arrangement to be constructed made up of Resource Groups. Each level within the tree is planning- level dependent. If an MPS is being produced at a high planning level any resource requirements will be rolled up through this structure. Thus, a more generic resource can be used at higher levels, with more specific resources being used at lower, i.e., more detailed planning levels.
