PA_T_002 · Project Return

Project Return — Transaction facility in the Project Accounting module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. This facility is used to return materials back to inventory that have been issued to a project but not used, which will result in project costs being reversed. Only PA designated movement codes can be used in this process. If an original transaction (project issue) is identified on the return, the inventory will be returned at the project issue's original cost. If not original transaction is identified, then the current prevailing inventory valuation method or standard cost will be used for cost determination on the increase.
