W/O Search — Inquiries facility in the Maintenance module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. The COMP Comprehensive Search This search option provides many fields that may be used to filter work order data. The fields at the bottom of the screen will allow entry of ranges of data. NOTE: If conflicting data is entered the resulting list of work orders may be blank. Once the selection criteria have been entered, there are several data display options available. If the search per- tains to financial data, the Financial Data display should be used to view the resulting data. The Over Estimate Search This search is used to view work orders that have one or more steps that have Actual Labor Hours, Costs, Stocked Material Costs or Non-Stocked Material Costs that exceed the Estimated hours or costs. The Past Due Date Search This search is used to view work orders whose Need Date from the work order header, has passed by the number of days entered in the Days Past Due field. The Assigned To Search This search is used to view work orders whose Assigned To field contains the entered value. This is useful to see work orders that require action by you. The Requestor Search This search is used to view the status of work orders that you created. The Machine Search This search is used to identify work orders written against a specified Machine. This would be helpful when you know maintenance while the machine is down.
