Defer Count Lines — Transaction facility in the Inventory Control module of standard Ross ERP 8.0. This option can be used to defer a part from a particular count list. All instances of that part code, in all lots and all bins, will be flagged as deferred from that count. A reason code for the deferral, such as Area Inaccessible or Equipment Unavailable, must be selected. The part code will remain on the count list and report, with the deferral reason, for auditing history. But it will not be available for entering or updating quantities.
